Description

A large and powerful flier, the Orange-barred Sulphur is a common butterfly well adapted to human environments. It can readily be found in parks, gardens, neighborhoods or other open areas in close association with sennas. Adults have long probosces and can easily access nectar in long, tubular or funnel-shaped blossoms such as those of Hibiscus. | Photos by Jaret Daniels
