Description

No doubt the most well-known butterfly in North America, the Monarch is a common garden visitor. Adults frequent a variety of somewhat smaller blossoms including those of their milkweed hosts. The black, white and yellow striped larvae can quickly devour available host material, so plant accordingly! | Photos by Jaret Daniels
