If you have already been issued a GI-BMP certificate, please use the Replacement Form request instead.

FNGLA’s Certified Horticulture Professional (FCHP) program has been endorsed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as incorporating all necessary aspects of the GI-BMP training program. Individuals who earned an FCHP certification since March 2007 can also receive a GI-BMP certificate of training.
