GI-BMP Follow-up Survey

Note: The survey is directed to those who have been GI-BMP certified for 6 to 12 months. Data was collected in May and November of 2014, covering a 12-month training period from May 2013 through April 2014. A total of 6,411 survey invitations were emailed. 985 individuals started the survey, and 446 of these completed the survey.
