GI-BMP Follow-up Survey

Note: The survey is directed to those who have been GI-BMP certified for 6 to 12 months. Data was collected in April/May and October/November of 2015, covering a 12-month training period from May 2014 through April 2015. A total of 3,894 survey invitations were emailed. 448 individuals visited the survey (12%), and 242 of these completed the survey (6%).
