GI-BMP Follow-up Survey
Note: The survey is directed to those who have been GI-BMP certified for 6 to 12 months. Data was collected in September to November of 2024 covering a 12-month training period from May 2023 through April 2024. A total of 2,458 survey invitations were successfully emailed. 149 individuals visited the survey (5.5%), and 90 of these completed the survey (3.3%).

*Note: County breakout reports are included only for counties with 15+ survey respondents. In 2024, there were no counties with 15 respondents.
