The GI-BMP training program is based upon the publication Florida-Friendly Best Management Practices for Protection of Water Resources by the Green Industries, often referred to as the "GI-BMP manual". Printed copies of this manual are available by request and free of charge from your local county extension offices. The manual can also be ordered from the UF/IFAS Bookstore. GI-BMP students are responsible for knowing the material in this manual and are encouraged to obtain and study a copy of this manual prior to class.
